By accessing and using EU Invoice SaaS (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
EU Invoice SaaS is an online platform that enables freelancers and small businesses to generate invoices compliant with European Union VAT rules. The Service includes VAT validation, automatic tax calculation, and PDF document generation.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Subscription payments are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. If you enable invoice payments via Stripe Connect, you may need to complete Stripe onboarding; transactions and fees may be subject to Stripe terms.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
All content of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of EU Invoice SaaS or its content providers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
EU Invoice SaaS provides the Service “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Important: While we provide tools to generate invoices compliant with EU VAT rules, you are responsible for ensuring your invoices are accurate and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for already-paid periods, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Portugal.
